7 d e c e m b e r 2 0 2 5 Merry Christmas! 5 Hi Julie, I feel certain that you are enjoying this beautiful Autumn. Trying to make it to all the great town events. This really is a wonderful place to live. Your November 2025 cover is quite a departure, and I love it! It puts me in mind of OUR TOWN, with the visuals so homey and warm. The colors, the flowers, even the fonts harken back to yesteryear. Beautiful imagery for Thanksgiving. It's hard to believe that I am sending you [a Women's Forum article for] December! I was all set with a glossy fun topic for our December luncheon, and then we lost Diane Keaton. For women of the Baby Boomer generation she was such an apt characterization of the journey that brought us to where we are today. In her private life and in her professional endeavors she embodied the spirit of growth and change with grace. Wishing you and your family a very Happy Thanksgiving. Many thanks as always from Women's Forum. Evelyn Breheney Glynn, Founder/Director Women's Forum Hi Evelyn, Thank you! I try to do something different with each cover, to hopefully amuse our audience and also myself! That cover has a mustard yellow background, which I never use, and I wanted an 1800's seed packet feel for the cover, which I felt tied in with the theme Thanksgiving theme of "abundance". I'm so glad you love it, as well as all of the readers I've heard from – it's immensely gratifying to know that it's appreciated! (One of my friends mentioned that it looks like the cover of the now-defunct Farmer's Almanac – oops! That was NOT intentional!) Re: Diane Keaton's passing — this has been a hard one, especially for women in her age group. She was an icon of her generation, and seemed to be invincible. I hope she's truly resting in peace now. I hope you and your family have a wonderful and blessed Thanksgiving! Take care, Julie Julie, I sure hope I meet you in person someday. I want to tell you how I am impressed by your professionalism and hard work ethics. Our [Clinton] Township Newsletter is so important. I look forward to reading it each month.
