The Tewksbury Historical Society will participate in the 9th Annual Oldwick
Townwide Sale sponsored by the Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Oldwick, on
Saturday, April 20. The THS Tag Sale will run 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and will be
located at the Oldwick Carriage House, 5 James St., Oldwick, 08858.
The Society will be selling cleaned quality items, in working operation.
Antiques, furniture, art work, chinaware, crystal, silver, housewares, garden items,
costume jewelry and linens will be some of the available merchandise. Among the
items that will not be sold are electronics older than three years, clothing, books and
children's toys.
Donations will be accepted on a limited basis by appointment only at the
Carriage House on one Saturday in March and one Saturday in April. Call:
908.832.6734 to reserve a Donation Time Slot, get details regarding acceptable
items and donation procedures. Leave your name and number; your phone call will
be returned. All donations will be thoroughly inspected and non-accepted items must
be retained by the donor. Please bring items readily visible for inspection, without
extensive wrapping.
The Tewksbury Historical Society is a New Jersey not-for-profit
corporation, organized for the purpose of furthering research into,
and the preservation and dissemination of, the history of the Township
of Tewksbury. The Society requests donations of documents, records and small
artifacts related to Tewksbury's History for its archives. Anyone interested in

Accept: clean, wearable clothing (men's, women's, and children's - any size/season),
shoes, belts, handbags, hats, scarves, backpacks, household linens (curtains, bedding,
towels, pillows, sleeping bags), stuffed animals, baby accessories. Small toys are
accepted but they cannot exceed 24" and must be bagged. Do not accept: CDs,
DVDs, VCR, books, electronics, home decor, appliances, exercise equipment, pots/
pans, baby gear, board games. Please bring all donations in well-tied plastic bags
