Held at the Oldwick Manor, the event brought together members, supporters, and local businesses to raise funds for a worthy cause. The Tricky Tray featured an impressive array of donated items, experiences, and services. Attendees were treated to an evening of anticipation and delight as they perused the enticing offerings and strategically placed their tickets in hopes of winning coveted prizes. From luxury designer bags to gourmet dining experiences, the event had something for everyone. The success of this fundraising event would not have been possible without the incredible support from the local community and the dedication of the Woman's Club members. Their tireless efforts in securing donations, organizing logistics, and creating an unforgettable experience truly paid off. The funds raised from the Tricky Tray will enable the Woman's Club to continue its impactful work in Tewksbury Township. I love where I live and work and am happy to share my years of experience with buyers and sellers so they can make the most informed decisions. The best advice I can offer is that having a LOCAL and EXPERIENCED Realtor as your trusted partner is critical, whether buying or selling… Experience Makes the Difference! Firsthand knowledge of the area and experience closing real estate transactions are the most valuable resources you want in your agent because a successful real estate transaction requires more than effective marketing and staging. I am uniquely qualified with over 20 years of experience: • Negotiating the contract price and terms • Resolving inspection issues • Assisting with the mortgage loan process I work with a limited number of clients at any given time to be sure I have enough time to dedicate to each client so please reach out as soon as possible if you are thinking of buying or selling in 2024... Sellers – so we can put together a marketing plan that will maximize the presentation of your home for the best return on your investment. Buyers – so we can put together your plan and make you as competitive as possible and ready to win in a multiple offer situation.
