Here's your opportunity to honor them for the impact they have made. The 3rd Annual Flags for Heroes event, sponsored by the Clinton Sunrise Rotary, will be held this Fall. Flags for Heroes is designed to honor the many heroes in our lives – parents, relatives, friends, veterans, first-responders, teachers, healthcare personnel, essential workers – anyone who has made a positive impact. Flags will be displayed October 15 – November 15 at the NJ Water Authority property on Halstead Street in Clinton, just north of the library. Each 3' x 5' flag will be displayed on a pole and with a medallion including the name of the honoree, and the reason for the honor. Sponsorship levels range from $50 to $150 – see our website below for details for each level. Proceeds support the Open Cupboard Food Pantry, student scholarships, Rotary educational & service projects and crisis needs in our area.
