It's the most bittersweet time
of the Girl Scouting year, when
regular troop meetings take a
hiatus so that girls can dive into
Summer and all that it brings with it... family trips, Summer
jobs, camp and traveling. As the traditional school year winds
down and the temperatures outside start to rise, I thought
it might be helpful to provide you all with a quick and simple
thought to wrapping up your Girl Scout year. Why not throw
an end of year party? This will fulfill any excuse to have a good
celebration alongside your troop, where girls can be recognized
for all the things accomplished, plan what you'd like to work on
together in the upcoming year, or end on a high note with one more

If you're interested in community service opportunities, meeting
new people, expanding your knowledge base, and looking to have
fun, then the Flemington Woman's Club is the right place for you! We
meet September through May, the second Wednesday of the month at 1:00 pm
at the Clubhouse, located at 43 Park Avenue in Flemington. Our departments
and committees allow you to find projects that fit your schedule and interests.
