My answer? It depends …are you buying or are you selling? The Median Sales Price for a single family home in Clinton Township in 2022 was $645,000. That represents an increase in price of 11.2% over the average of $580,000 in 2021. The Percent of List Price hit 103% in 2022 vs. 101.6% in 2021. The good news for buyers is that we are seeing a slight increase in Inventory of Homes for Sale. In December 2021 we had only a .7% months supply, and are now at 1.7 months supply. To add context, typically a six months supply represents a balanced market. The source of this data is the New Jersey REALTORS Local Market Update for December 2022, Clinton Township. Art has the power to motivate us and turn thinking into doing, fueling innovation and leading to fresh ideas, scientific breakthroughs, and technological improvements. Art challenges us to reflect on ourselves and our society as a whole, while helping us think about new ideas, confront problems, and consider possibilities. In the midst of tragedy, art helps us heal, and it can also help us celebrate and commemorate. Art can have a purpose in and of itself; it can inspire, bring joy, or give solace.
