Hearing conflicting information on home values, seller vs. buyer market and the need for septic system replacement? As your neighbor and LOCAL EXPERIENCED REALTOR, I would be happy to share my years of experience to help you analyze the past data, market projections and your goals to determine if this is the right time for you to sell. The best advice I can offer is that having a local experienced realtor as your trusted partner is critical, whether you're buying or selling. First-hand knowledge of the area and experience closing local real estate transactions is the most valuable resource, because successful real estate transactions require more than effective marketing and staging. • Negotiating the Contract Price and Terms • Resolving Issues that may arise during the Inspection Phase • Assisting with the Appraisal and Mortgage Loan Process Lynn Porter, Realtor… Experienced in all Phases of the Process Cell: 908.303.2783.
