Choosing the right real estate agent when selling your home is essential for
achieving desired outcomes, such as selling your home for the most amount of
money, in the quickest amount of time, with the least amount of inconvenience
to you.
Timing your sale is important as well. Trends show that some seasons
throughout the year are busier than others for home purchasing. So, should
that stop you from listing at the Holidays?? NO!
While some individuals become shy about showing their home during
the holidays, it's actually a wonderful time to do so. Your home is likely
decorated beautifully and has a "homey" feel to it, giving potential buyers a good
feeling as they walk through. Also, the buyers during this time are usually more
serious than "looky-loos" throughout other times of the year. There is also less
