The Garden Club of Hunterdon Hills invites
anyone in the northern Hunterdon County area
who shares an interest in gardening, horticulture,
agriculture and conservation to join us!.
GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING
9:30 am: Coffee
10:00 am: Business Meeting
11:00 am: Program: BACKYARD BIRDING
with Speaker: Laura Bush
Ms. Bush is the Principal Park Naturalist at
the Hunterdon County Division of Parks and
Recreation. She provides a variety of major
programs and lectures for the public. This
program will discuss how to care for birds in
the backyard garden.
FLORAL DESIGN: "Fall Is in the Air" A creative
line design incorporating at least some dried
material and using a minimum amount of
plant material. Open to all.
Learn something new by joining the discussion
with Ms. Bush and our club. All are welcome to
attend! Meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday
of every month from September through June with
the exception of November and December.
Notable community services include: Military
Family Recognition flower baskets, Christmas
decoration of the Flemington Court House, Yearly
scholarships, Arbor Day tree planting
Custom flower arrangements distributed in
partnership with Meals on Wheels
