Open Cupboard Food Pantry, Inc., is a private nonprofit 501(c)(3) agency. We
believe our community has a responsibility to address the food needs
of those who cannot afford to feed themselves and their families.
Although less visible than in urban areas, the need in Hunterdon County is
significant.
Staffed entirely by volunteers, Open Cupboard Food Pantry in Clinton is
funded by donations of food and money, and by proceeds of our in-house Thrift
Shop, which accepts and sells donated clothing and household items. We also
gratefully welcome donations of your time and talents as volunteers.
Here's how you can apply to help: simply download an application from
our website, fill it out, scan and email it to: pantryclinton@gmail.com. Mail it
to us at: P.O. Box 5071, Clinton, NJ 08809, or drop it by the store during our

The weekly outdoor Farmers' Market at Juniper Hill will return for
its third season with a great line-up – be sure to visit each Thursday
between 4-7 pm beginning Thursday, June 9! The market is a great way
to check off that mid-week shopping list, meet your neighbors and get to know
some of the local farmers, makers, and producers in and around Hunterdon
County. There will be pop-up acoustic music and cold drinks flowing from The
Bar – you will be able to sip, shop and support local all in one stop.
This year's market has all your favorite market essentials covered
and CSA pick-ups available. Each week, you'll find organic, fresh seasonal
vegetables, fresh cut flowers, wild and cultivated mushrooms, local pasture-
raised meats, eggs, honey, fresh baked breads and cookies, sweet treats, specialty
gift items and more. Guest vendors will be joining throughout the season with
additional staples, such as local fruit and a variety of handmade goods. Credit
