The Clinton Sunrise Rotary Club is sponsoring a Summer Blood Drive
on Saturday, 7/27/2013, from 8:30am to 2:30pm at the Clinton Firehouse, 1 New Street, Clinton. Each donor will be given Mets tickets, Rita's
Ice and coupons for future purchase and the chance to win a door prize. Every
2 seconds someone in the United States needs blood. Close to 2,000 donations
are needed each day in the New York/New Jersey Community for patients who
require a life-saving blood and/or platelet transfusion. Those in need include
cancer patients, accident, burn or trauma victims, patients undergoing surgery or
a transplant, and newborn babies. Donating blood is literally giving the gift of life.

Come one, Come All – for a Family-Fun-Filled Day!
Vendors Wanted: Good News Home for Women will be holding its 11th Annual
Good News Home Harvest Festival and Craft Fair on Saturday, September 7
from 8:30am – 4:30pm. The festival will take place on the grounds of the Good
News Home for Women, located at 33 Bartles Corner Road in Flemington and will
feature fun activities for the entire family, including pony rides, petting zoo, face
painting, music, games, prizes and refreshments. Officers from the Hunterdon County
Sheriff's Office will also be on site making identification cards for children through
their Child Ident-A-Kid Program. Registrations are now being accepted for
vendor tables. Vendors are welcome to sell crafts and other merchandise.
Proceeds from the event will support the Good News Home, a nonprofit
residential rehabilitation facility that helps women overcome and recover
from addictions to drugs and alcohol. Located on a 55-acre farmstead, the
"Home" provides its residents a spiritually based, comprehensive recovery program
regardless of race, religion or the ability to pay. For more information and/or
