Examples include nature walks, birding, or maple sugaring. Join several programs together to make a fun field trip to the park! Many programs are also available at your location (indoors or outdoors) or as webinars. Contact us at: 908.782.1158 or: parks@co.hunterdon.nj.us if you're interested in booking a program. w A n t t o R u n w i t h A g R o u p ? A local running group, based in Clinton, is starting! We meet on Sundays at 7:30 am at the Stone Bean Coffeeshop, and also on Monday and Wednesdays mornings at 9:00 am (at a different location, TBD, but still in Clinton). Our goal is just to get people out and moving, especially as it gets colder and it's harder to stay committed to fitness goals and health. On Sundays after we run, we'll have a small social time for coffee, to catch up, and to support each other. We'll have a weekly schedule, vary the paces and distances based on group cosmetics, and we'll support each other as we provide a low pressure, casual environment to stay running accountable and consistent. All experience levels welcome. Join us for fun, shop discounts, race prep, and maybe even a team competition. The benefits of running are extraordinary - see how far your body and mind can take you!
