Every year, 14 senior Yale students are selected to be in the
Whiffenpoofs, the world's oldest and best-known collegiate a
cappella group (a purely vocal ensemble). Founded in 1909, the "Whiffs"
began as a senior quartet that met weekly in the heart of Yale's campus.
Today, the group has become one of Yale's most celebrated traditions.
Singing a mixture of old Yale tunes, jazz standards, and other hits from across
the decades, the Whiffenpoofs perform more than 200 concerts across six
continents each year.
For one night only, the Whiffenpoofs of 2022 will host a public
concert in Annandale with the spotlight on John Paciga (ICS '14,
Yale '22+1), a New Jersey native and the group's Musical Director. Don't

Santa Claus will once again be visiting Clinton Township's
neighborhoods with members of the Annandale Hose Company
#1! Our volunteers will transport Santa Claus by fire truck on the following
dates: Tuesday 12/07, Thursday 12/09, Tuesday 12/14, Thursday
12/16 and Tuesday 12/21. Santa will be visiting between 6:00pm and
9:00pm (the last stop). We encourage neighborhoods to coordinate one
stop per neighborhood so we can accommodate as many groups as possible.
Reservations for Santa will be taken beginning on Monday,
November 15 running through Monday, November 29. If you are
interested in participating in this fund drive, email the Annandale Hose
Company's Santa program at: santa@ahco1.com. This year's fund
drive is going to support our Fire Safety program and the FIRE SAFETY
HOUSE.
Upon receipt of the email you will receive an automated reply,
asking you to fill out the attached form and return it. We will call you back
to schedule your visit after November 29. Every effort will be made to
accommodate your date and time request; however reservations are on a
first-come, first-served basis. The Annandale Hose Company #1 would
