The Flemington Area Food Pantry, a 501(c)(3) non-profi t organization,
provides food and personal care items to needy Hunterdon County families
regardless of race, religion, or ethnic background. We are located across the
parking lot from the front entrance of the Flemington WalMart.
Food insecurity is a national problem. In Hunterdon County, of 126,000
residents, an estimated 5,000 have income below the poverty level. Many of
these residents, including children and infants, don't get enough to eat without
some form of assistance.
The Flemington Area Food Pantry depends on the generosity of
the Hunterdon County community for its very existence. Without
donations of food and funds, the Pantry would not exist. More than 80% of
Pantry income is derived from contributions of cash and groceries. The Pantry
provides supplemental groceries to approximately 1,200 income qualifi ed
Hunterdon County families. You can donate to the pantry by clicking on

BSA Troop 200 continues to seek out new adventures! The scouts
recently spent a weekend whitewater rafting in Pennsylvania and spent another
weekend biking and camping at the Lehigh Gorge. The scouts also camped
and hiked another section of the Appalachian Trail (the Pinnacle and the
Pulpit) in preparation for their upcoming trip to Philmont Scout Reservation
this summer.
Justin Verlin, a sophomore at North Hunterdon High School, was
recently elected Senior Patrol leader and First Class scouts Ian Bozzi and
Jack Guan have been nominated for the Order of the Arrow, scouting's Honor
Society.
Congratulations to the following Troop 200 scouts have moved up
in rank, on their path to Eagle:

Troop 200 is a high-adventure, boy-led troop! The scouts meet on
Monday evenings during the school year at Lebanon Reformed Church in
