All of us at PMG are so excited to share with our incoming kindergarten families that we are planning a "Kindergarten Welcome" in June to replace the previous "Kindergarten Registration Week" that typically occurred in the spring. Incoming Kindergarten Families, please save the date of June 21 and June 22. These days will provide an opportunity for incoming kindergarten students and families to visit Patrick McGaheran School (PMG). Students will visit a classroom with teachers to complete a brief group activity and parents will meet with staff members to review registration paperwork and learn more about our school. Additional details will follow, and families will have the opportunity to sign up for a time slot on either June 21 or June 22. ClintonTownship Middle School CTMS Virtual Art Exhibit 2021: Check out our amazing CTMS artists! Select students were chosen to have their digital work shown at the Hunterdon Art Museum's Young Artists Showcase this month. The virtual exhibit will be available through the month of June. Go to: www.hunterdonartmuseum. org/virtual-tour-young-artists-showcase/ to check it out! Congratulations Artists! The CTMS Student Ambassadors created "Fun Boxes" for their peers at Spruce Run School. The boxes were designed to provide hours of fun The 11th Annual CTMS Relay for Life was a great success, though it was a lot diff erent than our fi rst ten years! The students did not want to cancel this amazing event, our annual fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. We had planned a virtual ceremony with games, followed by a drive-in luminaria ceremony. However, gusty winds and threatening weather forced us inside, where we learned how to stream the ceremony over Zoom. Our school community raised almost $8000 this year, bringing our eleven year total over $380,000! Thanks to all our dedicated student leadership and donors! CTMS had three winning teams in this year's mock trial contest, sponsored by the New Jersey Bar Foundation. Law Fair and Law Adventure groups had their day in a ZOOM courtroom, where they acted out their scripted trials in front of a judge and jury. The students did an excellent job, and we are very proud of their success!
