In Clinton Township over the past year, the average sale price for a four bedroom home was $488,700. How can you maximize your home's sale price? You need to maximize its EPAN, (Exposure, Presentation, Appeal, Negotiations). Exposure: You need a broad reach to both traditional newspaper homebuyers and smart-phone homebuyers. Presentation: Since 90% of homebuyers shop online, whether buyers decide to see a home in person largely hinges on how it looks on the web! (See a superb example: 34SidneySchool.com) Appeal: Enhancing your curb appeal, preparing and staging your home will pay off in a better sale. Negotiations: Trust a successful professional to get the best deal and keep it together through the inspections. Learn how we maximize your home's EPAN and receive a free price analysis. J u n e Saturday June 1 (6:00 pm) – Sunday June 2 (8:00 am) Hunterdon Central High School Practice Field Box City 2013 is coming! This year, we have the ability to offer you your very own fundraising page to make it even easier for you to spread the word about what you're doing and the commitment you've made to helping to provide shelter and prevent homelessness in Hunterdon County. Spend the night sleeping outside in a cardboard box (that you bring with you) to raise funds to support Family Promise of Hunterdon County's homeless families, and to increase awareness about homelessness in our own community. Everyone is welcome to participate by sleeping out, or supporting those who do. We encourage participants of all ages! We welcome youth groups, sports teams, service groups and families. Participants will raise a minimum of $25.00 each, and any participant who raises more than $50.00 will receive a special Box City t-shirt. We would love it if everyone would have a goal of raising $100.00 each to help us help our neighbors in need. We'll have great prizes for the top individual and team fundraisers (average amount raised per team member). Funds raised help prevent homelessness and provide critically important services and housing for homeless families in Hunterdon. Weather permitting, we'll have an outdoor movie and entertainment. By all means, bring games, balls, musical instruments, etc. We'll provide dinner, as well as a light breakfast and plenty of beverages. There are indoor restrooms on site, and the area is very safe. For those who don't want to spend the night, we still welcome your participation! Join us for dinner and a movie and leave when you need to go.
