As of this writing, the current mortgage and refinance rates are some
of the lowest we've seen in a long time; on a 30-year fixed rate, the interest
rate is now at 2.890%, and the APR is at 3.570%. On a 15-year fixed rate, it's at
2.550% (interest rate), and 2.590% APR. Is it worth it to refinance? Many
Americans are straddled with high-interest debt. If you have enough equity in
your home, refinancing to consolidate that debt into one monthly payment might
be a good idea. If the interest rate on a new mortgage is significantly lower than
your existing debt, you could save big.
My wife and I have truly enjoyed raising our daughter in the beautiful Town
of Clinton for the past two decades. In the past I served as: a Red Mill Trustee,
the Chairman Planning Board Town of Clinton, and also the President of Pioneer
Finance and Mortgage Co., Inc. Currently I'm the VP of our local Friendly Sons
of St. Patrick.
Having a home you can truly call your own is a big step toward achieving
your financial goals. I have the knowledge, experience and loan options that
will get you there. I'm also flexible and creative enough to make the mortgage
process faster and easier for you, even if your situation is a bit complicated.
Whether you're buying or refinancing, I will:
• Explain every detail of your home loan
• Keep things on track through every step of the process
• Make sure you get to the closing table as quickly as possible
I look forward to earning your continued business and referrals with a
higher level of service than any other loan officer out there! Recently I was
blessed to be able to help a first-responder with a loan for their first home –
truly a special moment in my career.
From pre-qualification to credit analysis, loan structure is most
important. The company you go with is vital. I'm confident to refer my clients
through this process. If you'd like to refinance or buy, and/or have the process
explained, please call me, Frank Gallagher, today at: 908.500.2476, or email
me at: FrancisGallagher@myccmortgage.com.

Every year there are more than 100,000 reports of child abuse or neglect in
NJ and more than 10,000 children are removed from their homes because the
Court has found it to be too dangerous for them to remain in their homes. Court
Appointed Special Advocates of Somerset, Hunterdon and Warren Counties
(CASA SHaW) recruit, screen, train and supervise community volunteers to
act as advocates in court for children living in foster care. CASA volunteers are
appointed by a family court judge to discover the best possible outcome for
an abused or neglected child's future as well as make recommendations that
support the child's current needs. Volunteers receive support and supervision
from a trained social worker throughout the duration of their cases. To find
