Conveniently located in the Hunterdon Hills Plaza, 1386 Hwy 22W, Lebanon. G E t R i d o F h E E l p A i n n o w By Howard J. Tzorfas D.P.M. You have been suffering with heel pain for a long time. You might have even tried home remedies such as stretching, frozen water bottle placed against your heel, and you might even have tried Dr. Scholl's arch supports. Many of these home remedies might give you a little bit of relief. Stop Google treating. It is now time for you to to get complete relief of your heel pain. Most heel pain is caused by inflammation of a ligament on the bottom of your heel called the plantar fascia. This ligament is very elastic and pulls off of your heel causing your pain. When you go to bed your feet will go down causing the ligament to contract tightly. This causes you to have severe pain when you get up in the morning and from a resting position. As you walk throughout the day the plantar fascia stretches out and will give you temporary relief. But because you are on your feet constantly and cannot get off your feet, this problem does not go away by itself. So how do you get relief? Stop trying to fix this yourself or going to a physician that doesn't specialize in these foot problems. It is recommended that you go see a podiatrist. This highly specialized physician will perform a complete examination and determine the severity of your problem and how to get you out of pain as quick as possible. Depending upon your pain level and how long you have had this condition you might need a cortisone injection. Though they don't sound like much fun, they do work and they do work well. Along with other treatments that can be dispensed to you such as very good over-the-counter arch supports and other forms of straps or braces you can easily give you relief within a couple of weeks. There are also many different options and treatments that are available to you to help treat this and stop it from coming back. One of those are custom orthotics which can be made to rebalance the way you are walking and to prevent plantar fasciitis from coming back. Plastic flamingos were decorated with flower, seasonal, sport, and entertaining themes. The project is known as "flocking". A flock of flamingos is placed on the front lawn of the home of the one to be "flocked". The following day, the flamingos "fly" to another lawn. When a home is "flocked", the opportunity to "flock" someone else's home is made available by donating money which is given to the Open Cupboard Food Pantry of Clinton. The project began in April and is still going strong, thanks to the many who have chosen to "flock" neighbors, friends and family. Donations have thus far totaled in the thousands. If you are interested in supporting the Open Cupboard Food Pantry of Clinton by "flocking" someone, contact Michele, President of The Country Garden Club, at: 908.200.3700.
