We've been part of a community, providing critical employment and pre-employment services to people with disabilities. Each year we help more than 350 students and adults live their best lives with dignity and independence. The Covid-19 pandemic has now necessitated a number of restrictions and policy changes that will help New Jersey and the nation weather this crisis—but that have dramatically affected CEA's ability to operate effectively. Already more than 80% of those we serve, and those who serve them have lost their jobs. These are tough, uncertain times. But I hope that by coming together in this time of need, we can ensure a meaningful future for us all.
