B ox e r J o u r na l . c o m Boxerjournal.com is a sports-page/blog focusing on college football, baseball, lacrosse and hockey, as well as less frequent looks at their pro counterparts, with much of the coverage centered in the Mid-Atlantic. It also includes reviews of sports books and movies (new and old). Boxer Journal's primary writer is Tom Flynn, a Project Implementation Consultant for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, who has made a supplemental career out of his love of writing. He has contributed to news sources including the Baltimore Sun, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and the Denver Post. In 2008, Flynn wrote the book, "Baseball in Baltimore" (a photo history) and, in 2010, Flynn published the historical fiction novel, "Venable Park". This critically celebrated novel provides a rare look at the 1920's in Prohibition Baltimore, through the eyes of a returned WWI veteran trying to get back into the swing of civilian life. Attempting to return to reality, the main character encounters events at a football stadium (Venable Park) which threaten to throw him back into the misery that he encountered during the war. Tom's novel has been praised critically by Kirkus Reviews, WYPR (NPR) Baltimore, Post Road Magazine, Seven Stories Press, and Urbanite Magazine. In Clinton Township in the first three months of 2013 there were 72 new listings and 23 new sales, a very favorable three-to-one ratio. Existing listings kept the inventory higher but since active buyers have already seen most of those homes, the real competition comes from new listings and the ratio of new sellers to buyers was very good. Buyers are re-entering the market in good numbers since they realize that with both low home prices and low mortgage rates, they face the opportunity of a generation! The real estate market is back! You can sell well in today's robust homes market. Please call my cell for a free price analysis: 908.797.9900. Don Sherblom, Coldwell Banker, Clinton, NJ. ClintonRealEstate.com. Theatre brings forth a deeper and unique expressiveness which benefits them throughout their lives. Help your child have an extradinary experience this summer–they'll experience the drama while having fun and building new relationships! Last day of session will be performances by students for parents and friends. For more information, visit us online at: www.ftwetnj.org, or call 800.508.9190.
