A picture is worth 1000 words, especially when it comes to
emotional and behavioral health. An Art Therapist is a masters level
clinician who provides a dynamic, active, creative, and powerful approach
which encourages both verbal and non-verbal self-expression, behavioral and
emotional management, self- regulation, increased self-awareness & self-worth,
a sense of mastery, as well as support and feedback to the client and family. Art
is the natural language of children and through metaphor and creative outlets,
communication can freely and safely flow. Many adolescents find personal
meaning and understanding which leads to conflict resolution, beneficial life
skills, and a sense of empowerment. Mindfulness & Yoga have been proven to
be incredibly beneficial in creating a sense of well-being and can be integrated

RC Collectibles' first Super Bowl Sunday was held at Russo's continental
banquet hall in Bound Brook and, for the last six years, they've held it in
Lebanon on Route 22. They have provided the community with sports as well
as non-sports collectibles and entertainment. You will find unique items which
will make anyone proud to own. Gifts for that special someone, no problem!
There will be guest autograph signing shows, vendors, pack break, silent
auctions and a lot more. We recommend a visit to this one-of-a-kind store.
