Chair Yoga is a modified Yoga practice for people with limited mobility who are
seeking a safe, effective and enjoyable way to maintain, lengthen and strengthen
the body, to reduce stress and support wellness by utilizing the safety and stability
of a chair.
"But I'm not flexible!" is often what newcomers say. Well, it's never too late
and it's always the time to meet yourself with kindness and compassion, exactly
as you are. Come try a class for half price ($5) and meet some fun, playful,
kind, non-judgmental and positive people.
Classes are taught by Cathy Rosa, MS, ATR-BC, RYT-200 at 65 Old
Highway 22 in Clinton (across from Mavis). Drive to the back of the building,
go through the double doors, and turn left. There is plenty of easy parking.

RC Collectibles' first Super Bowl Sunday was held at Russo's continental
banquet hall in Bound Brook and, for the last six years, they've held it in
Lebanon on Route 22. They have provided the community with sports as
well as non-sports collectibles and entertainment. You will find unique items
which will make anyone proud to own. Gifts for that special someone, no
problem!
There will be guest autograph signing shows, vendors, pack break, silent
auctions and a lot more. We recommend a visit to this one-of-a-kind store.
