Parade begins at 3:30 pm Fee: $5/child (Parents & infants free) Enter the family dog for the Howl'oween Parade at 3:00 pm Enter the kids for the Costume Parade at 4:00 pm Walk the transformed Field of Dreams for a hauntingly good time! Choose the Friendly Path, tour the Pumpkin Patch and have a less scary and fun time with the entire family. Outside the haunted area there will be music and entertainment by Dr. D! We'll also have face painting, pumpkin decorating, games and surprises for all who attend this "spooktacular" event! The program will be held on Saturdays in January/February and develop children's fundamental basketball skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, defense and teamwork. As the season progresses and the children learn the basic skills they will be able to apply them in weekly scrimmage games. We are excited to bring you this new recreation basketball opportunity! Grades 3-4: CTMS - Saturdays Time: 9:00am - 10:30am Fee: $120 resident and $130 non-resident Grades 5-6: CTMS - Saturdays Time: 10:45am - 12:15pm Fee: $120 resident and $130 non-resident R e C b A S k e T b A l l g R A d e S 1 - 2 Our Recreation Basketball League will help develop basic skills for all players. The league is open to all boys and girls (Grades 1-2). The season for 1st and 2nd Graders will be January through February. Team practices and scrimmages will be held on Saturdays at the Round Valley School. Grades 1-2 $70 resident and $75 non-resident Volunteer Coaches are needed to run this program! If you want to be the best sitter, sign up now for this comprehensive baby sitting course for boys and girls age 11 to 16 years. SmartSitter instructors are Registered Nurses with the knowledge and expertise to prepare students in every way to become successful, safe and confident baby sitters. Through many hands-on activities, the students learn the skills to care for infants through school age children. Participants receive a 35 page illustrated manual complete with family emergency forms and a letter to introduce them to prospective families, plus a SmartSitter certificate. Some of the topics covered include: Infant & Child Care First Aid Fire Safety & Prevention Handling Choking Emergencies Business of Babysitting Accident Management & Prevention. S U M M E R R E C 2 0 2 0 E M P L O Y M E N T Clinton Township Rec will begin accepting applications on 1/1/20. Application deadline is 2/14/20. Counselor positions: Senior, Junior, and CIT. Students entering grades 10 through 12 may apply for counselor positions. CIT applicants must be 14 years of age by 6/29/20. Coordinator positions open to teachers and qualified adults.
