Meet & Greet starts at 7 pm, followed by presentation at 7:30 pm. Segar's unique book introduces readers to the strange and beautiful animals found in the Atlantic waters off NJ– the one-half-inch long naked sea butterfly or the fascinating blue shark, sandbar shark and sand tiger shark. Watch a goosefish devour a black sea bass or a sea star growing new arms. Tour the 2,000 shipwrecks and numerous artificial reefs made of subway cars, army tanks, armored personnel carriers and decommissioned ships. This presentation and book will be of interest to divers, snorkelers, fisherman and all others curious about what goes on beyond the boardwalk.
