Calling all youth and nonprofit groups in Hunterdon County!
Did you know that you can reserve an outdoor venue for your
group's use that is not only scenic, but conveniently close and
inexpensive to rent? The Round Valley Youth Center (RVYC), located on
Lebanon-Stanton Road, is just the place! On its sprawling 82 acres, you can
find a fishing pond, large open fields, wooded trails and a stunning view of
the Round Valley reservoir as well as shoreline access. These can be yours to
rent for a day, overnight or longer!
Amenities include: a large pavilion with electricity, running water and
picnic tables, an outdoor stage, portable restrooms, drinking water stations and
ample off-road parking. Activities permitted on the grounds include:
hiking, camping, fishing, equestrian events, animal training and shows, fine
arts and cultural events, nature studies, conservation projects, emergency
preparedness training and worship services. Check out our website at:
www.RoundValleyYouthCenter.org. Contact RVYC today to discuss
your group's needs by emailing: rvyc@roundvalleyyouthcenter.org or
by calling: 908.236.6885.
Please keep the RVYC in mind this upcoming "GIVING
TUESDAY" as your donations are tax deductible and keep this
"quiet jewel" available to our community.

Looking for a meaningful way to give back to your community?
Become a Clinton First Aid & Rescue volunteer and you could
save lives in your spare time. Free training will give you the skills you
need to provide emergency medical care, rescue someone from dangerous
circumstances on land or in water, or transport a sick or injured patient to
the hospital.
Clinton First Aid & Rescue Needs Volunteers In All Categories:
• Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) provide immediate care
to the ill and injured and transport the patient to the hospital.
• Rescue Associates: EMTs or firefighters who also rescue people from
life-threatening or hazardous circumstances, such as being trapped in a
vehicle after an accident.
• Water Rescue Associates use specialized skills to rescue people
during water-related emergencies, such as boating accidents or floods.
• Cadets are our youngest volunteers, ages 16 and 17. Cadets receive much
of the same training and serve in many of the same ways as our other
volunteers, and can quickly become full-duty members at age 18.
Providing emergency medical and rescue services takes many
skills. All volunteers receive the necessary training at no cost. Interested
