Caring for a loved one is stressful, so Hunterdon Medical Center's Senior
Health Coalition is sponsoring a Caregiver Appreciation and Resource Event on
Saturday, April 27 from 11:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. at Hunterdon Medical Center.
The event will feature complimentary massages, a free lunch and door
prizes. There will also be a supervised activity for loved ones, and tables will
be set up to provide caregivers with information about what resources are
available to them in Hunterdon County.
Additionally, there will be a Special Guest Speaker, Victoria Schmidt,
author of "Victoria's 95 Secrets: To a Happy, Healthy, Long Life." A former
fashion editor, Director of Travel and Tourism for NJ, and advertising and
public relations executive, Victoria has had an admirable life during her nine
decades and enjoys sharing her successes and failures with others. Attendees
will receive a complimentary copy of her book. This event is free to attend.
