At the meeting, it was noted that this qualified team of "strategic thinkers" possesses the unique synergy and cohesiveness needed to continue to bring quality educational programs to all residents of Hunterdon County, and to successfully communicate the mission and message of NHRC and that of good government. Also at the meeting was Assemblyman Erik Peterson, who brought attendees up to date on issues affecting Hunterdon County and the State. Freeholder John Lanza took the floor to speak about events in and around Hunterdon County. Serving most municipalities of North Hunterdon, the mission of NHRC is for its members to find political expression and recognition, to exchange ideas, to encourage and foster good government and promote Republican ideals and to discuss and disseminate accurate information concerning political affairs. Members are provided substantial opportunity to personally hear from local, county, state and national elected officials on proposed legislation and current issues that concern all citizens. Voters of Hunterdon County are invited to inquire about membership. For more information, visit NHRC on Facebook or contact: nhrepublicanclub2017@gmail.com.
