As a young man going through life with Asperger Syndrome, Matthew let nothing stand in the way of achieving his goals. He graduated from college with a business degree, but he always loved photography. Matthew specializes in landscapes and flowers and has won awards for his photos through Professional Photographers of America and Professional Photographers of New Jersey. The Tewksbury Historical Society holds its 14th annual Tewksbury Christmas Antique Show on Saturday, December 1 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Sunday, December 2 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm (new closing time), at the Old Turnpike School on 173 Old Turnpike Road (Route 517) in the Fairmount section of Tewksbury Township. A portion of the $8 admission fee benefits THS. One of several successful and popular s h o w s i n t h e N e w J e r s e y / N e w - Y o r k / Pennsylvania area, it is managed by professional show manager, Bob Lutz, and attracts patrons and buyers from the Tri-state area. 53 dedicated exhibitors display fine 18th through 20th Century antiques and quality collectibles. The Society will be selling period antiques donated by members and residents. Note cards, post cards, books, Tewksbury Afghans and prints of Oldwick, Pottersville, Califon, Mountainville and Tewksbury will also be available. The new Frenchtown Community Service and Outreach Initiative (CS&O) is joining forces with the Harvest Family Success Center and hosting a FREE Music and Movement class for moms and their pre-k children called The Enchanted Garden! Expecting moms welcomed too! The Enchanted Garden will take place every Tuesday from 10:45 - 11:45 at the Frenchtown Presbyterian Church, #20, 4th Street in Frenchtown. Join in the fun while NIA Certified instructor Autumn Sanders plays her guitar as you and your child move to the music and enjoy being together! All ages of babies and pre-K children will enjoy having fun while moving about the room with their imaginations leading the way! This free program is bound to bring giggles, smiles and hugs!
